Minimum Qualifications for the Occupational Therapist position include:
* Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license in good standing * One year of experience working in LTC setting but willing to train new grads * Experience working in a Person-Directed care community preferred * Genuine passion for working with elders * Strong team work/collaboration skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred) * Strong organization and time management skills
