Adelphi is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing care and support services for individuals with complex medical needs at a facility in Saline County, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have experience providing hands-on patient care, medication administration, and support for individuals requiring specialized respiratory and medical assistance.

Requirements • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program • Active Missouri LPN license or Compact State license eligible to practice in Missouri • Current CPR certification • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience preferred • Experience in home health, direct care, long-term care, or high-acuity care settings preferred • Experience with tracheostomy care, suctioning, g-tube care, catheter care, or respiratory support preferred • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Ability to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow nursing protocols • Must be able to pass background screening and fingerprinting requirements
Responsibilities • Provide direct nursing care and support to individuals in a residential setting • Assist individuals with daily living activities, including feeding, bathing, and dressing • Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in patient condition • Provide tracheostomy care, suctioning, humidification support, and related respiratory care as needed • Assist with g-tube care, suprapubic catheter care, nebulizer treatments, and blood glucose monitoring • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols • Maintain accurate nursing documentation and communicate observations to the care team • Support patient safety, infection control, and emergency response procedures • Collaborate with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure continuity of care • Maintain professional conduct and adhere to applicable healthcare standards, policies, and procedures
