Role Overview: This role involves administering treatments, interpreting telemetry data, coordinating care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient recovery and safety. Requirements: Required 1 years’ experience. Required 1 year of Epic charting experience. Medication System: Omnicell Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions. Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TN active RN license. Required 1 years’ experience for travelers. Required Float, as needed and per skill set. Special Procedures Details: Stroke and Tia patients High acuity med-surg patients Peritoneal dialysis and continuous bladder irrigation Schedule: Shift hours: Night 3x12-Hour (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM).
