Compensation & Earning Potential
* Salary of $76,440 for 30 productivity points + $49.00 pay-per-visit rate over productivity + Medicare differential pay * Average full-time earnings: $85K+ annually * Quarterly bonus opportunities * Mileage reimbursement

Your Role as a Home Health Registered Nurse
* Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans * Provide skilled nursing care and patient education * Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams * Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed * Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications
* Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license * Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance * Home health experience preferred, but not required
