Potential to Earn $100,000–$120,000/Year
Pay:
* PT: $80 per visit * PTA: $55–$60 per visit
Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required) Schedule: Flexible / Per diem — choose your own patients

Responsibilities
* Provide in-home physical therapy visits * Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments * Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
Requirements
* Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA * 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred) * Strong documentation and communication skills * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
