Shift Availability for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): 5:45am-6:15pm (12 hour shifts) Shift differential -- extra $3/hour for 2nd shift and $2/hour for 3rd shift Sign ON BONUS $3,000 Benefits of Certified Nursing Assistant position (CNA): Loan forgiveness and tuition reimbursement Comprehensive benefits for all Full-Time positions starting 2nd week of employment.
