CNS employees work in the privacy of each patient’s home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.

Requirements Qualifications:
Licensure/Certification Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in the state(s) of practice Current And Valid Driver’s License Current And Valid CPR/BLS Certification High School graduate or equivalent Clearances The following background checks are conducted: Criminal background • Drug Screening/TB Test Driving Record • OIG Exclusion List Sex Offender Registry
