What You'll Do * Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care * Support the development and implementation of resident care plans * Administer medications and treatments within the scope of practice * Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team * Collaborate with RNs, providers, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members * Help ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care every day

What You'll Need * Current LPN license in Washington State or (or NLC eligible) * Understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
