At Wood Violet Recovery, we’re more than a treatment center — we’re a safe, supportive space where healing begins and hope is restored. Located in the heart of southwest Wisconsin, our privately owned, voluntary residential program serves adults aged 18–64 with compassion, dignity, and purpose. We’re committed to helping individuals turn their addiction stories into lasting sobriety — and we need skilled, compassionate nurses to help make that possible.
As a Mental Health RN, you’ll play a vital role in both our SUD and mental health programs, providing medical support to clients through medication administration, lab processing, and treatment planning. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that includes clinical staff, LPNs, RNs, and medical providers — all working together to support each client’s recovery journey.
Schedule: * Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm * No late nights or weekends!
What You'll Do: * Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation, including orders and refills. * Complete mental health intake and daily mental health assessments as scheduled. * Facilitate provider visits as scheduled and as needed. * Assist with initial detox treatment and discharge planning. * Educate clients on medications, health, and wellness. * Collaborate with providers, RNs, LPNs, and clinical staff. * Communicate with families/support networks as needed. * Respond to medical emergencies and support continuity of care.
What You'll Bring: * Valid RN license in the state of Wisconsin. * 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a psychiatric or equivalent environment. * 1-3 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel at an intermediate/advanced level. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations. * Ability to support and educate clients in early recovery. * Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
