Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Location: Oregon Work Setting: Remote Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 annually + comprehensive benefits We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote mental health support to patients in Oregon. The position involves completing psychosocial assessments, identifying patient needs and risk factors, monitoring outcomes, and contributing to individualized care plans. The LCSW will work with patients, families, and members of the care team to support appropriate interventions and continuity of care. Responsibilities Conduct interviews with patients and families and complete psychosocial assessments Identify high-risk patients and assist with appropriate intervention planning Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in relation to established care goals Participate in the development of patient-centered care plans Master’s degree in Social Work.
